We are seeking an efficient and detail-focused Human Resources Officer to join our vibrant HR Services team.
As a Human Resources Officer, you will work within a team that strives to maintain the reputation and credibility of the Human Resources function. This is achieved through delivering high-quality customer service and providing accurate and timely advice to internal stakeholders across the assigned business portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
This role will see the individual provide :
- Transactional Advice : Provide timely and accurate guidance to internal leadership stakeholders and employees on HR Data processes within the HRIS, handling complex and confidential changes.
- Prioritisation : Respond within service level agreements to customer inquiries (internal and external) and accurately administer data into HRIS.
- Precision : Ensure all HR transactions are validated and executed with high integrity and accuracy.
- Collaboration : Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
Complete transactional tasks across the employee lifecycle, including data review, contract creation, and processing into SuccessFactors.Provide advice on company processes via SuccessFactors, face-to-face, or hotline, escalating complex issues as needed.Administer onboarding and exit processes.Generate employee change workflows through SuccessFactors and documentation via DocuSign, covering various employment changes.Maintain and improve data accuracy in SuccessFactors.Provide timely information to Payroll regarding employee changes.Assist with HR activities like data cleansing and support international mobility documentation.Help employees and leaders with leave and salary queries.Knowledge / Experience
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role.Experience in HR shared services is highly regarded.Knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.Understanding of the organisation and workforce skills.Familiarity with Fair Work Act and HRIS like SuccessFactors.Skills
