About the role The Senior Human Resources Officer contributes to a broad range of human resource activities, including strategic workforce and organisational development activities.

This role provides a comprehensive human resources advisory and consultancy service to the WA Museum employees and volunteers.

About you Our ideal candidate is a versatile and customer-focused Human Resources Generalist, keen to contribute to a close-knit and energetic team.

You'll be involved in a broad range of HR functions, with opportunities to develop new skills and grow professionally.

The successful applicant will be expected to :

Provide contemporary, customer-focused consultancy advice to managers and staff on a range of human resource matters, including recruitment and selection, classification, and establishment.Administer the online Learning Management System, ensuring learning modules and programs are current and aligned with the needs of the Museum.Manage the Volunteering Management Portal and assist with volunteering compliance checks, including verifying Working with Children Checks.
