Join to apply for the Human Resources Officer role at Perenti As a Human Resources Officer, you will work within a team that strives to maintain the reputation and credibility of the Human Resources function. This is achieved through delivering high-quality customer service and providing accurate and timely advice to internal stakeholders across the assigned business portfolio.

Key Accountabilities

This role will see the individual provide :

Transactional Advice : Provide timely and accurate guidance to internal leadership stakeholders and employees on internal processes relative to HR Data within the HRIS with the ability to work through, at times, complex and confidential changes. Prioritisation : Respond appropriately, within services level agreement timeframes, to customer inquiries (internal and external) and where required, administer into HRIS with a high degree of accuracy and within quality guidelines. Precision : Ensure that all HR transactions are triaged, validated, and executed within the HRIS with the highest integrity and without error. Collaboration : Build and develop business relationships with key stakeholders ensuring that each individual businesses needs are understood Dutiesof the role include, but are not limited to, the following : Complete transactional tasks for the entire onboard-to-offboard employee lifecycle processes across the business Portfolio of work including review of data and approvals, creation of contracts and letters and processing into Success Factors Provide accurate and timely advice to all employees regarding Company process by responding to queries as required, through Success Factors, face-to-face or via the HR Services hot line, escalating more complex matters to the HR Services Manager and / or HR Business Partners where required. Administer employee onboarding and exit processes as required. Preparation / generation of employee change of conditions workflows through Success Factors and documentation through DocuSign, including (but not limited to) change of work schedule; promotion; demotion; salary review; secondment; employee transfer; change of employment type; maximum term extension, and extended leave of absence documentation. Ensure accuracy of the information being entered into and the ongoing maintenance of Success Factors and contribute to the improvement of the system through feedback to the HR Systems team. Provide accurate and timely information to Payroll through SuccessFactors for internal hires, the maintenance of employees, change of conditions, extended leave and terminations. Maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy in the creation and maintenance of new, budgeted and unbudgeted positions in Success Factors Participate and assist with additional Human Resource activities such as routine data cleansing / hygiene activities. Assistance with the international global mobility team by ensuring employee documentation and employee data within Success Factors is reflected correctly. Assist employees and leaders with any leave and pay rate / salary queries. Knowledge / Experience : Minimum two years' experience in a similar role Experience in a HR shared services environment is highly regarded Good working knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relations Basic understanding of the organisation, the projects and the skillsets of the workforce across the Perenti group of companies Basic understanding of Fair Work Act including National Employment Standards and exposure to award / agreements SAP SuccessFactors usage or similar HRIS highly desirable Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to employees at all levels. High attention to detail Job description :
