The Workforce team is seeking a Human Resource Officer to join us in permanent fulltime role. This position offers the opportunity to support managers and caregivers throughout their employment journey by delivering a comprehensive transactional and advisory HR service to line managers and employees across Australia for all hospitals and services.
As part of our team you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a streamlined customerfocused and efficient endtoend HR service.
In this role you will :
Process various employment changes resignations reporting structures and cost centre updates ensuring accurate data entry in Workday (HRIS).
Provide guidance on parental leave entitlements and support managers and caregivers in line with applicable EBAs and legislation.
Interpret industrial instruments and offer timely expert advice on HR policies procedures employment terms and conditions and entitlements
To succeed you will have experience in a highvolume Human Resources environment a strong understanding of industrial agreements HR policies and relevant legislation and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced setting. Additionally you will be committed to delivering outstanding service and continuous improvement. Workday experience is highly regarded.
These roles are ideal for HR professionals with 12 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

We can offer you :
Salary : $82617 to $84255 per annum plus 11.5% Superannuation
Permanent fulltime position working 76 hours a fortnight
Located at Kings Square Perth CBD Office
40% work from home option
