Safety Advisor (Entry Level)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door and grow into the role with plenty of support. The Role / Responsibilities :

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with legislative and company standards.
• Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective control measures.
• Providing HSE advice, training, and support to site personnel, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Leading incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
• Facilitating toolbox talks and safety inductions and collaborating with teams to proactively manage risks.
• Maintaining accurate HSE records.
• Drive participation and ownership of process improvement.
