Manager - Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 9 to 12 years of experience specializing in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity, MuleSoft Integration, and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a professional who can seamlessly integrate and optimize our systems, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MuleSoft API-led connectivity solutions to enhance system integration and performance.
• Oversee the development and deployment of MuleSoft Integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to optimize and streamline application interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of integration solutions to support business growth and continuity.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MuleSoft integrations, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft technologies and industry trends to continuously improve integration strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Work closely with stakeholders in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain to understand their specific needs and challenges.
• Develop and enforce integration standards and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on the progress and status of integration projects.
