Commercially minded, creatively driven, and able to make decisions that move the needle while staying true to the brand.We're open to candidates based anywhere in Australia for the right person, with flexibility for remote or hybrid working arrangements.Purpose of the RoleAs our Brand & Marketing Manager, you'll lead and execute smart, creative marketing that drives revenue, deepens customer engagement, and grows brand presence across every channel.This role blends strategy and execution—developing clear plans, producing standout content, and launching campaigns that connect with the right audience at the right time.

You'll lead end-to-end marketing and brand across retail and wholesale, focussing on intentional content across influencer, digital and brand that delivers results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement retail and wholesale marketing and brand strategies that drive sales, engagement, and brand awarenessAlign marketing plans with broader business goals and lead cross-functional executionOwn the marketing calendar, planning cycles, and budget managementOversee email marketing end-to-endIdentify and execute scalable growth channels (e.g.

affiliate, referral programmes)Content & CampaignsLead content production across all channels including social media, email, paid ads, SEM, website, and retail partnersOwn campaign development from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with revenue and brand goalsLead weekly execution of the social feed with strong creative directionInfluencer & BrandBuild and lead a strategic influencer programme to grow reach and drive authentic engagementManage influencer partnershipsMaintain and elevate brand identity across campaigns, collaborations, events and public relationsDigital ContentCollaborate with the Digital team to innovate and test high-performing SEM and paid social contentMaintain a creative yet commercial lens across all campaign messaging, grounded in product, trends, and customer insightsCustomer & Brand EngagementDevelop and implement strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and retentionOversee social media communication, ensuring timely, brand-aligned responses to customer and community feedbackLead and mentor the marketing team with clarity, creativity, and accountabilityFoster strong cross-functional collaborationAnalytics & ReportingMonitor performance across all marketing channels and report on ROI, engagement, and conversion metricsUse insights to refine strategies and improve outcomesWhat You'll Bring5+ years in a brand and marketing leadership role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brandsA proven creative eye with great instinctStrategic mindset and commercial instinctsStrong writing and content direction skillsExperience leading a team and working cross-functionallyAgile, solution-focused, and comfortable with making quick, informed decisionsKey Success MetricsGrowth in sales revenue driven by marketingStrong ROI across digital, influencer, and email campaignsHigh-performing content across social, paid, and partner platformsConsistent creative leadership that lifts brand and team performanceIncreased influencer engagement and brand-aligned partnershipsIf you believe you're the right fit for this role, we'd love to hear from you.
