The Role We're looking for aBrand & Marketing Managerto lead SBM's brand and go-to-market strategy. This role is about telling our story clearly, consistently, and creatively across all channels while driving business results.
As a Brand & Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive how SBM shows up in the market, from our messaging and campaigns to our content and digital presence. You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams to develop top strategies for the company's success.
You will lead a mix of Marketing and Brand Management projects enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. You will need to derive insights from the data, which will enable the business to set the direction for growth. As your skills increase, you can expect to advance in roles with increased responsibilities. Overall, we want people who aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate.
Key focus areas : Refine and streamline the company's messaging across all platformsDevelop content strategies that attract, engage and convertCreate and manage campaigns to grow awareness and generate inbound leadsMaintain a consistent, high-quality brand presence across digital and traditional mediaOwn and optimise our website, LinkedIn and EDMsTrack and report performance to guide future activityIdentify market gaps, competitor activity and growth opportunitiesDrive business development with sharp collateral and pitch supportWho We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have a strong technical marketing skillset and proven experience in managing integrated brand and marketing initiatives, including :
At least 5 years' experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in an agency or B2B services settingExpertise in digital marketing platforms and tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and EDM systemsDemonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable resultsProficiency in content management systems and website optimisationStrong data analysis skills to monitor, interpret, and report on campaign performance metricsExperience managing marketing automation and lead generation workflowsSolid project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple simultaneous initiativesThorough understanding of brand management principles and maintaining brand integrity across channelsWhat's In It For You?
