Internal Counter Sales / Sales Administration

Our Wangara branch is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable team member to join us in the role of internal counter sales and sales administration. This position will suit a self-motivated, 'hands on" individual who enjoys performing a variety of duties and tasks and working as a key member of the team.

• Your daily activities will involve
• Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers and trades
• Answering and processing of telephone enquiries and orders
• Administration procedures to support sales processing including processing customer sales orders and credit returns
• Coordination of daily deliveries
• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders supplied are correct and dispatched on time.
• To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following
• Excellent ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
• Can do attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with MS Office Applications.
• A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships.

You don't need to have air-conditioning industry experience, but some sales experience would be great. What really matters is that you'll know what it means to help people and build relationships.
