We look to employ our staff for the long term and provide opportunities for progression within the business. We are now opening a Full-time opportunity for a receptionist and administrator.
Your responsibilities will include not limited to :
- Set up meetings and appointments
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
- Manage clients' in-store queries and redirect them to the right person.
- Greet clients and assist accordingly
- General office admin duties; a complete daily report
- Admin support for the warehouse stocks and project / job deliveries;
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in the front desk, hospitality and sales
- Confident and professional approach with superior customer service skill
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and openness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines
