The goal of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to ensure their customers are satisfied, their expectations are being met or exceeded, and they are maximising the value of their investment in Seequent products and solutions.
Working closely with a small number of major mining accounts, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships that promote growth through increased product usage, user retention and loyalty.
Office-based working environment, work from our Perth office three or more days per week.
