Project Planning & Scope DefinitionDefine project goals, objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.Prepare detailed project plans with milestones and activities.2.

Resource & Budget ManagementIdentify and allocate internal and third-party resources.Prepare and track project budgets and financial forecasts.3.

Execution & MonitoringManage project delivery, monitor progress, and resolve issues.Track status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.4.

Governance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with internal policies, purchasing, and contract management.Oversee documentation, contracts, and tender processes.5.
