- About the Role
- As a Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting participants with the services they need to achieve their goals. You'll work closely with individuals, tailoring support to help them thrive and navigate their NDIS journey.
- What We're Looking For
- Experience in support coordination or a related role
- A good understanding of the NDIS framework and funding model
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for empowering others
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to partipants changing needs
- Allied Health background preferred
- Must have a valid licence and reliable vehicle
