• About the Role
• As a Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting participants with the services they need to achieve their goals. You'll work closely with individuals, tailoring support to help them thrive and navigate their NDIS journey.
• What We're Looking For
• Experience in support coordination or a related role
• A good understanding of the NDIS framework and funding model
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for empowering others
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to partipants changing needs
• Allied Health background preferred
• Must have a valid licence and reliable vehicle
