A much-loved women's fashion label is seeking an experienced and inspiring Cluster Manager to oversee four boutique stores located in Melbourne's northern suburbs. Known for their vibrant colours, relaxed styles, and feel-good fashion, this brand is all about effortless confidence and community.

What You'll Be Doing :

Leading, mentoring and motivating store teams across 4 locations, based out of one store majority of the week

Driving performance, operational standards and customer engagement

Managing rosters, KPIs, visual merchandising and team development

Building a strong culture aligned with the brand's easygoing, authentic vibe

What We're Looking For :

Previous retail management experience in apparel is an absolute MUST

A natural coach who can lift and lead others

A strong understanding of retail operations, reporting and performance metrics

Someone who loves fashion, community and connection

Up to $70,000 + Super + Bonus & Incentives

Tuesday to Saturday roster - enjoy your Sundays and Mondays
