We are seeking a highly motivated HR Consultant with a strong background in employment relations to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client maintain a compliant workplace environment.

In This Unique Role, You'll

Be the ER expert : Provide strategic advise to our clients and guidance on all aspects of employment relations, including legislation, awards, and best practices.Partner with passion : Work closely with our clients to assess their documentation and ensure legislative compliance.Knowledge sharer : Create relevant documents such as contracts, handbooks and policies.Stay ahead of the curve : Proactively monitor changes in employment law and advise on their impact on the business.

You're a perfect fit if you have :

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR Advisor or industrial relations role, with a strong focus on face-to-face interaction.A proven ability to resolve complex ER issues with empathy, tact, and a solution-oriented approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.A strong understanding of employment legislation and best practices in employee relations.
