Job descriptionDescription Provide general HR support and advice to stakeholders on ER / IR matters as required Coordination, advice, and support throughout the employee life cycle from onboarding, induction, and off boarding Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database. Assist with recruitment activities including attraction and retention for domestic and international recruits Assist with generating contract and processing variations Review and updating all policies in line with current legislation and best practices Profile Previous experience within an Advisor level capacity Broad Generalist HR experience, specifically covering IR, ER and Recruitment Ability to work within a close knit team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide transactional and operational HR Support Opportunity Permanent opportunity Competitive Salary Stable and secure environment Outstanding leader Career development opportunities Perth CBD Office
