We require an HR / Recruitment Advisor to manage and coordinate HR and Recruitment function across the business Our team is primarily tertiary qualified Electrical Engineers, with HR supporting a white collar workforce and workload. Reporting to the General Manager, the HR / Recruitment Advisor is a generalist role where you are able to utilise your HR experience in a variety of areas including employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning. Our specialized white-collar workforce sees limited Industrial Relations in the role, however we do require exposure to technical recruitment as ECG's Electrical Engineering requirements are specialized.
