Job descriptionResponsibilities include Provide guidance with advice on the full range of employment matters, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and mitigation of risk Assist with the delivery of HR programs : annual performance and remuneration reviews, succession planning & talent management, incentive plans and other related Reward and Benefit programs Support Managers to undertake investigations in relation to incidents of misconduct or under-performance, employee grievances Support the recruitment process in a 360 degree capacity including sourcing and selection General upkeep of HR systems and ad hoc administration What we are looking for Self-motivated individual who is seeking an opportunity to develop their professional experience in a fast-paced work environment The willingness and capability to lead on HR related matters Well-developed critical thinking, analytical and planning skills Strong Microsoft Office skills A diploma in HR or working towards an HR qualification would be highly regarded 3+yrs. practical experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within heavy industry Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships at all levels across the business What's on offer edge projects and employers with outstanding business professionals.

- HR Advisor
This role will report into the HR Director and work closely with the Regional MD to support the Australian and New Zealand operations.
This is a hands-on role for a flexible and enthusiastic HR Advisor who is equally happy to cover transactional duties and keep things ticking over.
With all frameworks in place this role will see you mainly guiding the senior managers in all related HR issues.
There is some travel occasionally associated with this position and may involve annual visits to New Zealand.
