HR Advisor – Multiple Contract Roles Available (Perth, Site-Based, FIFO)

We're currently seeking experienced HR Advisors to support a large-scale transformation across a Tier 1 Mining organisation. With three exciting opportunities available — Perth-based , site-commute , and FIFO on a 5 / 2 / 4 / 3 roster — this is a chance to make a real impact within a high-performing, collaborative HR function.
The Opportunity
As a trusted HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in a period of significant change and restructure. You'll partner closely with operational and senior leadership teams, providing strategic and operational HR support across a large and complex workforce. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this role will allow you to broaden your skillset while making a tangible difference to the organisation and its people.
The Details
Contract Duration : 6 months with strong potential for extension Role Location Option : Perth-based : 40 hours / week, with some ad hoc site travel required. CBD based Site-commute : Perth CBD based with regular travel to site (2 / 3 days per fortnight) FIFO : 5 / 2 / 4 / 3 roster, 12 hour days
Key Responsibilities
Provide generalist HR support across a wide portfolio, including employee relations and case management Coach and influence business leaders to support people-related decisions and initiatives Contribute to change and transformation programs, offering insights and practical solutions Interpret and apply HR policies, processes and systems with a shared services mindset Lead and support internal HR projects related to continuous improvement and standardisation Use data and analytics to inform decisions and provide insight to key stakeholders
About You
You're a confident, outcomes-driven HR professional with a strong generalist foundation and a passion for supporting people through change. You thrive in complex environments and are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and projects.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Generalist HR role, ideally within the resources or industrial sector Strong experience in Employee Relations and Case Management – this is essential Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across a matrix environment Hands-on experience supporting change programs at a business level Excellent influencing and coaching skills with demonstrated leadership capability Sound understanding of HR systems such as SAP and Workday; strong Excel / data capability is also a must Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
