Job descriptionProven experience in a site management role, with clear track record of projects. Lead from the front attidude and drive to see project achieve scheduling targets. Previous experience with nightshift roles and preference to this schedule - This is a long contract so it is important the ideal candidate is aware of the commitment and is keen to see out the project to completion. Are you an experienced site manager located in Brisbane and looking for a consistent long term role?
The role will be a nightshift 12 month contract based in a large project in central Brisbane, building an amenetie block, this projects commences nearer the end of July.
Responsibilities :
- You will be managing the nightime activities of the site.
- Responsible for a number of other trades performing to a high standard and achieving targets within predicted timeframes.
- Liaising directly with the day shift site manager about overall progress of job.
- Maintain OH&S procedures and ensure competency in risk management processes.
- Work schedule will be 5 / 6 days per week, 7pm start with an 8-10 hour shift.
