As a Clinical Trainer, you will be critical in providing holistic, patient-centred care to Care Recipients in the community. You will work collaboratively with various Business Units and stakeholders to provide seamless care coordination for Care Recipients and their families to assess needs, develop care plans, and deliver healthcare services within the home and community setting. This position will be part of our Clinical team to plan, execute, and evaluate training activities to ensure the effective delivery of training programs to staff so that they can provide high-quality clinical care.

Your focus will be on promoting health while supporting Care Recipients to achieve optimal well-being in their homes and community environments. You will also assist in ensuring best clinical practices and quality patient care are delivered to Care Recipients. In addition, you will :
