Job descriptionLocation Position Summary About Us About the role The role will also involve first and second level support to Uniting Agewell system users with a strong focus of review and follow up of any systems issues raised by users during the training session to allow business to continually evolve, improve and ensure business remains compliant Work closely with the Applications Lead - Clinical, Systems Team and Subject Matter Experts ensuring clear, concise and high quality end user documentation and training materials and effective delivery of end user training About you Extensive experience of systems training, particularly clinical systems Experience and understanding of the Aged Care / Health Care sectors Experience in developing and implementing best practice clinical learning material (developing user documentation, training materials including digital training) Be able to deliver presentations to external providers and represent the organisation Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to bulld and manage relationships at all levels of the business Excellent customer service skills Highly developed organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust) Essentials for working in Aged Care A current Working With Children & Vulnerable People card Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations Australian working rights Ability to pass a national police clearance Why choose Uniting AgeWell Be a part of a values based organization Join one of Victoria / Tasmania's leading aged care providers in one of the fastest growing industries Work in your local community and make a difference to the lives of our residents / clients Career pathways, education and training opportunities Benefits, including salary packaging Selection Criteria
