Project Manager – ServiceNow HRSD (or Related HR Tech)

Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on Project Manager with 10+ years of experience driving complex enterprise software implementations — ideally within ServiceNow HRSD or other major HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.). This role demands more than just stakeholder management — we want someone who leads from the front , gets into the details, and delivers results.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end ownership of ServiceNow HRSD (or similar HR tech) implementations : from scoping and planning to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively — you’re the one people turn to when things get tough.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders.
• Track deliverables, manage dependencies, run stand-ups, oversee UAT, and lead cutover activities.
• Communicate effectively at all levels — from technical teams to C-level sponsors.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery models as appropriate.
