Project Manager Compliance & Enterprise Agreements

Location : Perth WA Hybrid

Salary : $170000 $190000 Excellent Benefits Package DOE

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to make a meaningful impact in an enterprise size organisation I am working with a client based in Perth in their search for a detailoriented Project Manager to lead a highprofile compliance and enterprise agreements project. The selected candidate will be responsible for the endtoend management of a major compliance initiative and enterprise agreement implementations. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement strong leadership skills the ability to manage complex timelines and a resultsdriven approach to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of compliance and enterprise agreement projects.
• Work closely with the Program Director and collaborate with internal teams including Finance HR and Board Members to ensure contractual and regulatory alignment.
• Monitor risks develop mitigation strategies and maintain project governance standards.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior leadership and boardlevel stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and ensure successful project integration into business operations.
