About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager for a site-based FIFO role (8 / 6) from Perth, focused on delivering major structural remediation projects within the iron ore sector. Leveraging your proven expertise in managing complex iron ore projects, you’ll apply strong commercial acumen across both time & materials and lump sum contracts. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive meaningful results through proactive stakeholder engagement and decisive project leadership.

Your day-to-day includes :

• Lead the analysis and reporting of project performance metrics, driving initiatives to optimize productivity and outcomes across all project phases.
• Ensure full compliance with contract requirements by allocating and managing adequate resources to sustain strong project performance within budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strategic oversight to prioritize project activities and resource distribution, ensuring alignment with financial forecasts and budget targets.
• Support recruitment efforts and facilitate onboarding processes to build and integrate project personnel effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement site and project strategies that align with the company’s broader business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and advance new opportunities for project improvement, presenting actionable proposals for approval and execution.
• Oversee the management of external contractors and suppliers, ensuring their engagement, performance, and deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
