Project Manager

The Company : A well-established and respected Tier 2 commercial builder with projects valued up to $50M.

Established over 50 years years ago, this company have a track record of delivering successful projects across the whole commercial sector.

Mainly within Commercial, Health, Education and Aged Care.Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage a variety of new build projects from pre construction to delivery to handover.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.Maintain the fun yet hardworking team culture.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.Qualifications and Experience : Proven experience as a Project Manager in new build projects $20M - $40M.Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager.Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.What We Offer : Competitive salary and benefits package.Salary of up to $200k + Super and VehicleOpportunity to work on iconic projects in a thriving industry.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Career growth and professional development opportunities.For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Beth Hampson-Smithon0478 041 269or click apply.
