About the Company : A commercial construction company with a national presence, they have excellent client relationships and most of their work comes from repeat clientele.

In WA they specialise in commercial and industrial design and construct projects ranging from $10-$50M.

They have a team on the ground here in Perth and focus on delivering a couple of projects per annum.

They are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their WA business.

They are looking for someone with proven experience delivering D&C projects and established relationships with the local supply chain.

Key Requirements : Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or equivalent Proven experience in a Project Management role working on new build, D&C projects $20M+ Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is essential Looking for a PM that has come up from a CA background and has strong commercial / contractual knowledge Excellent communication skills Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and leadership skills If this sounds like you and you fit the above criteria, please apply!
