The role is : Based on the Sunshine Coast in Australia, our office is in Caloundra.
To deliver level 3 technical support on our product and project customisations through :
Working closely with our level 1&2 support engineers to receive escalations.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing cases to the code level if required.
Coordinating with product development to communicate your findings, enabling a fix to be scheduled.
Where cases do not require a product fix, you will deliver customisations and fixes to project code where required.
Prioritising your workload to ensure critical issues are resolved first.
Escalation of potential customer satisfaction issues to ensure timely resolution of cases.
Documenting any changes in our Knowledge base.
Our teams are : Based in Caloundra, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur and New York.
You must have : The desire and ability to code solutions where needed.
An understanding of relational database structures.
Some experience developing in an equivalent language to Salesforce Apex .
Be willing to obtain & maintain certifications in our product and Salesforce development certifications.
An understanding of the discipline required to develop in a mission critical customer environment.
In an ideal world, we would prefer it if you : Have development experience in Salesforce Apex.
