The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is currently seekingapplications for multiple Senior Level 1 and 2 IT SupportOfficer to join our supportive, friendly, andcollaborative Enterprise Technology Group. Please note this role isinternally known as APS5 Senior Enterprise Technology Group (ETG)Support Officer.
These ongoing, onsite positions can be located inAdelaide and Perth on a full-time basis and inHobart on a part-time basis (15hr per week either 2 days or3hr a day for 5 days negotiable).
Remuneration : The annual salary range forthe position is APS5 $85,755 to $91,809 p.a., plus a generousemployer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.

We are looking for Level 1 & 2 desktop engineers wanting todevelop their careers. You will be hardworking, bright,knowledgeable, and keen to learn more and advance.
Reporting to the Team Leader the Senior Level 1 and 2 IT SupportOfficers (APS5 Senior ETG Support Officers) are responsible forproviding high quality, responsive and timely 1 st and2 nd level IT support to members and staff. In this roleyou will assist the Team Leader with managing the Service Desk, andensuring ITIL processes are followed, especially with regard toincident management and the communication of solutions andtechnical knowledge.
This role is a fantastic pathway into other IT teams such asCyber Security, Network and Systems Administration / Engineering,Application Development and Support as well as Project Management,providing the successful applicant with a genuine opportunity toprogress their career.
About you :
Our ideal candidate will have : -
Experience managing and operating service deskfunctions.Demonstrated ability at coordinating responses to incidentreports, ensuring incidents are investigated accordingly.Demonstrated experience providing problem fixes andremedies.Experience Installing and Testing systems or systemcomponents.A strong ability and willingness to adapt to change.A track record of delivering against set timeframes.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Essential :
