In this role, you will deliver exceptional care to older Australians within their homes across the Coffs Harbour area.

Role Overview : This is a community-based role supporting our elderly customers in their own homes. You will be required to travel between clients, ensuring that their care needs are met with compassion and professionalism. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing holistic care and supporting clients in their homes.

As a Registered nurse, you will : Conduct clinical and personal care duties, taking a holistic approach to care in the home.Apply expert clinical judgement, resourcefulness and compassion to develop care plans that meet the client's needs.Assess and treat wounds.Monitor and help clients use equipment and devices like catheters and continence aids.Ensure a high level of holistic care, including social and emotional support.We are looking for someone with : A Nursing qualificationUnrestricted AHPRA Registration, with a minimum of two years+ practising as an RNExperience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills is desirable.Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 / 4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001) or willing to complete within 1 month of commencementProof of the right to work in Australia.A current driver's licence, registration and access to your car with comprehensive car insuranceNational Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.A genuine passion for caring for older patients and a determination to provide care that helps them stay in their homes longer.Willingness to travel between appointments (paid travel)Current up-to-date flu vaccine or desire to obtain.Up-to-date COVID vaccinations2 current relevant refereesStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.What We Offer :
