Then we want you!About youWe are seeking a dynamic National Field Sales Manager to drive profitable growth in our Away From Home division across all sales channels, including independents, buying groups, wholesalers, distributors, and national accounts.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Field Sales team, enhance existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.This role will see you lead and inspire a small team of Business Development Managers, whilst driving the profitable sales growth of the Livi and Sorbent Professional brands amongst established and new clients, including state based national groups.A day in the life… National Field Sales ManagerReporting to the Head of Sales - AFH, key responsibilities include but are not limited to : Strategic Planning : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.Market Analysis : Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Performance Review : Proactively assess sales performance and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.Promotional Planning : Manage and execute promotional plans aligned with brand and customer strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with supply, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure strategy alignment.Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.Training : Conduct sales training at distributor levels, presenting product features and benefits.Represent : Solaris Paper at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.CRM : Administer & maintain the company CRM system.
