Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth management of the asset, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative and reception support including tenant communication, contractor coordination, and key register managementPrepare monthly reports, manage budgets, and assist with financial tasks such as rent rolls, lease documentation, and debt managementSupport daily operations, including contractor management, compliance, incident reporting, and tenant deliveryLiaise with external marketing consultants and assist in coordinating centre promotions, social media updates, and signageMaintain accurate records including tenancy files, public liability, and statutory outgoingsBe on call for centre-related matters including security, fire, and emergency incidentsWhat You’ll Bring :
Previous experience in retail property or shopping centre administration / operationsStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasksProficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., MRI, SNAP)Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWhy You’ll Love This Role :
