Job descriptionYour new role Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF Lead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families. Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolves to meet the highest standard. Collaborate with our Senior Educators and Leaders and support the centre to meet and exceed the NQS and constantly improve our programs.
