We are currently seeking a confident, experienced, dedicated and passionate Assistant Centre Manager / Educational Leader to join our team here at our Centre in Mill Park focused on guiding our curriculum and pedagogical practices.
You will work as part of our leadership team to create and maintain an authentic, creative, healthy, challenging and caring place for children, their families and our team. You'll be confident and experienced in providing day-to-day support on and off the floor, being a positive and encouraging advocate for change.

You will have the experience to oversee and deliver a play-based, creative and engaging educational program for our children. You enjoy setting clear educational outcomes and ensuring a consistently high-quality standard is embedded in all that we do.As the Assistant Centre Manager / Educational Leader, you will drive the ongoing reflective process, inspire visible learning with meaningful documentation and ensure that children's interests are recognised, understood and incorporated into the learning program. Experience as an Educational Leader or similar
A high level of knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, QKLG, NQS and early childhood theorists
The ability to support a mentor the team both on and off the floor
The will to understand other people's way of learning and teaching, and adapt your style to support their achievement
Diploma in Children's Services
A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate (can be obtained)
A current Blue Card
Be confident in leading pedagogical practice and curriculum
Have experience in the role or similar role
Be keen to extend your professional knowledge
Be passionate about driving practices and change
Display leadership qualities and consistent ability to role model best practice
Bring a positive mindset and energy with a passion for the role and for early childhood education as a whole
Use your excellent verbal and written communication skills
An ability to build strong, professional relationships
