• Store Manager to join our Sleeping Giant | James Lane Liverpool Team
• As the leader of our store, you'll oversee all operations, from empowering our staff to achieving sales targets, ensuring our store shines inside and out.
• Key Responsibilities
• Inspire and lead our retail team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and surpass targets.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation through thoughtful merchandising and cleanliness.
• Nurture talent through recruitment, training, and ongoing development.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
• Utilize sales data to enhance profitability and foster customer loyalty.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships, driving repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in retail management or assistant management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Pay : $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
