You will be a strong leader, an excellent coach and develop teams to operate efficiently and drive customer sales. You are a strong visual merchandiser and can drive in-store promotions. Set and drive KPI's for your store and area teams, multitasking across various operational and retail activities. You are an outgoing, strong, natural leader that can inspire people and bring them on the journey with you through your passion.

Key Responsibilities : Drive the business to reach financial and operational targets through sales, setting and reaching KPI's, monitoring of shrinkage and inventory through analysisOffer and lead exceptional Customer Experience and service standardsLeading, developing and motivating your team to ensure high performanceManage Visual Merchandising and in-store promotions to ensure execution and excellenceManage and monitor store costs in line with the business operationsCreate, build and maintain customer loyaltyCreate and develop a positive, vibrant working environment whilst coaching your teamsProactive approach to support and offer guidance to other state-based storesScheduling, rostering and reporting as requiredSkills / Experience / Qualifications : Sound business acumen with exposure and experience with various financial and operational KPI'sSelf-motivated and passionate about developing an excellent customer service modelStrong interpersonal skills, with proven success in leading and developing a teamFlair for merchandising and in-store promotionsHighly developed communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the businessPassion for the brand and the industryPrevious experience managing in a fast-paced, multi store Retail environmentComputer competentIf you want to be part of fast paced, aggressive and rapidly growing business where you can grow then this role is for you.
