Job descriptionWhat You Will Be Working On Manage and collaborate with Hiring Managers on recruitment of all job roles across ABN Group WA Conduct recruitment activities including job briefs, advertising, phone screens, interviews and reference checks Educate Hiring Managers on recruitment processes, interview techniques and provide system training Partner with preferred recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill roles Utilise SEEK Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter for current and future sourcing needs Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume recruitment across multiple roles / business units (internal or agency) Effective stakeholder management and an ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience using PageUp (desirable) or other applicant tracking systems Previous exposure to partnering with recruitment agencies Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar Excellent time management skills, able to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong written and verbal communication Confident and skilled in sourcing, interviewing, talent pooling and best practices Why ABN?
