What You Will Be Working OnKey responsibilities include :
Manage and collaborate with Hiring Managers on recruitment of all job roles across ABN Group WAConduct recruitment activities including job briefs, advertising, phone screens, interviews and reference checksEducate Hiring Managers on recruitment processes, interview techniques and provide system trainingPartner with preferred recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill rolesUtilise SEEK Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter for current and future sourcing needsYou will have :
Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume recruitment across multiple roles / business units (internal or agency)Effective stakeholder management and an ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience using PageUp (desirable) or other applicant tracking systemsPrevious exposure to partnering with recruitment agenciesTertiary qualification in Human Resources or similarExcellent time management skills, able to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasksExperience in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong written and verbal communicationConfident and skilled in sourcing, interviewing, talent pooling and best practicesWhy ABN?Working with ABN Group means being part of an organisation that values its people and invests in their growth.
