- What you will be doing
- Working within a small high performing team
- Delivering end to end high volume recruitment in the industrial sector
- Developing and executing best practice sourcing and attraction recruitment processes
- Providing expertise, market and industry knowledge to your hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Contributing to talent acquisition projects and initiatives with a focus on adding greater value and providing exceptional service delivery
- Who you are
- An experienced volume recruiter within the industrial sector, or similar industry
- A strong and responsive communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Process oriented with an ability to work to tight deadlines within an ever-changing, fast paced environment
- You may be looking to move away from agency into a client side team or you may already be client side and seeking a new challenge in a business partnering role within a supportive, collaborative and high performing team, delivering a best in class solution
