Job descriptionAbout the role Support project initiatives to ensure our workforce needs are met Partnering with our hiring managers to fill vacancies with qualified and experienced new starters Use innovative sourcing methods for critical roles and talent pooling for future business needs About you Experience working in internal recruitment with an ability to juggle high volumes Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently A continuous improvement mindset and customer-service focus Ability to influence positive recruitment outcomes and excellent stakeholder management skills Experience within the Aged Care or Disability sectors is desirable but not essential Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or other relevant qualification or experience Working with Bethanie Salary Packaging up to $18,550 per annum for living expenses, meals and entertainment Banking, insurance and retail discounts and benefits Rewarding career with a supportive culture Professional development and training opportunities Flexible working arrangements To apply
