Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead - Australia-Asia, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will coordinate and assist the dynamic and close-knit Talent Acquisition team in executing all aspects of our regional recruitment needs. Support the Talent Acquisition team across Australia-Asia Region in managing day-to-day transactions in the recruitment process, such as :
You will have experience in an administrate field, ideally with experience or an interest in supporting HR or Talent Acquisition teams. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field will be an advantage but are not essential. Of high importance are your excellent technology skills including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a general interest in, and aptitude for, systems. Experience using an ATS (e.g. SuccessFactors) will be advantageous.
Your ability to be efficient, organized and manage competing priorities and deadlines, combined with being a motivated and collaborative team player will lead to your success in this role. Importantly, you will also have high attention to detail and the ability to follow-up and follow-through on action items. Discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information is also a must in this role.
