Talent Acquisition - Resourcer

Upon joining Jacobs as the TA Resourcer focused on Australia and New Zealand, you will provide recruitment and sourcing support to a diverse portfolio of stakeholders across the region. • Sourcing new talent (From multiple platforms)
• Maintaining an up to date and relevant talent pool
• Contributing to our I&D recruitment strategies
• Recruitment Administration
• Attending Stakeholder & TA meetings with the business
• Building respectful relationships internally with multi-disciplined teams.
• Here's What You'll Need

You will have previous experience in managing high volume recruitment processes and have sound knowledge and skills in behavioural interview questioning. You will be able to demonstrate a good ability to cope with multiple work tasks whilst building strong relationships within the team and across the business. An understanding of developing innovative engagement and / or sourcing strategies is highly desirable. You will bring your recruitment knowledge, your enthusiasm and your strong collaboration skills, and let's see the impact we can make, together
