This role would suit a relationship manager who enjoys a sales element where you will not only be maintaining ongoing relationships, but also bringing on new business. This will be a 70 (AM) / 30 (BD) split with a huge focus on ensuring client retention and growth by establishing strong, long-term strategic alliances.
For the new business part of the role, you will be given leads from enquiries made online which are allocated to you.
You will also be managing the performance of the ACT and ensuring revenue targets are met, with your customers being those such as Government related, charity and smaller corporate clients.
This position is the glue between the client and the company with the aim to be regarded as a trusted business partner.
Your performance will be measured by strategic involvement with key clients, revenue generation via up-selling of additional services such as capped and exempt benefits and novated leasing, maintaining profitability via Client and Customer retention.
