Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? We are looking for dedicated and passionate Registered Nurses to join our nursing team. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential nursing services in a supportive health service setting, growing from novice to proficient practitioner while making a real difference in patient care.

As a Registered Nurse, You Will

Assess individual patient needs and develop tailored care plans. Deliver direct, person-centred nursing care, with increasing autonomy as you grow in your role. Coordinate services with multidisciplinary teams to meet individual health care needs. Take accountability for your nursing standards and support the development of others.

Essential Criteria

Successful applicants will :

Be registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible to hold a current practising certificate. Have strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve, resolve conflicts, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Be creative and flexible approach to addressing challenges in healthcare settings, with a commitment to consumer and family-centred care. Have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload. Have a demonstrated competence in nursing practice, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant applications.
