We are currently seeking Cabin Crew - Perth based for permanent roles.
Whilst no prior experience in aviation is required, you will bring a genuine passion for customer service and a desire to work as part of a close-knit team in a fun yet professional work environment.
To be successful in this role you must be an enthusiastic customer service professional with recent experience in a face to face customer service environment. You will be extremely reliable and always willing to go the extra mile to deliver customer service at the highest level.
The main functions of the role will be :
- Perform cabin safety functions, including identifying safety matters, taking action to address safety matters and co-operating with other crew to reduce the risk of injury to passengers and your workmates
- Provide excellent customer service and be genuine and caring when it comes to offering our customers food and beverages and what they may need to feel comfortable
- Ensure effective communication within the cabin and cockpit and with Qantas Management to maintain an effective and harmonious working relationship
- Maintain skills, knowledge and physical ability to perform all emergency procedures
- At all times display professional standards of behaviour and personal presentation
- The highest regard for safety and security.
- The ability to sustain long hours and be flexible to work shift work, 24 / 7 and 365 days of the year.
- The professionalism and maturity required to work in a role where you are the "face" of the airline.
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
