Description Short Description : Infosys is seeking a Manager of Client Services (MCS) to lead and grow a substantial IT services business within the Mining sector in Perth, WA.
The Manager-Client Services is responsible for managing existing clients and acquiring new clients in the region.
The MCS works with their manager (Senior MCS / Group MCS) to build sector plans and is responsible for client management and all client interfaces within the assigned account / prospect scope.
Roles And Responsibilities Develop and present proactive proposals to clients / prospects in line with sector strategy Engage relevant internal Infosys teams and service lines to develop solutions Handle risks and issues related to the accounts, including delivery oversight ensuring strong governance Set and manage client expectations to ensure strong satisfaction Skills / Competencies Essential : Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline Preferred : Strong sales / relationship management experience Experience interacting with CXO level client contacts Business development and project management experience IT Services experience with Global Delivery Model Ability to position industry insights to client needs Deep understanding of client's business challenges and providing thought leadership Experience in Technology Consulting for mining sector Proposal creation and presentation skills Leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Experience with IT and business consulting engagements Understanding of contracts, MSAs, pricing models Strong negotiation skills Additional Skills Excellent customer interfacing skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving skills We support individuals with disabilities or special needs during recruitment.
