Identity Team Lead

As the Identity Team Lead you will be supervising an effective Identity team to ensure business and technical service requirements are correctly interpreted and implemented to enable seamless and secure user experiences.

What will you be doing?

• Advising IT Teams : Providing technical leadership and guidance to IT operations teams and business stakeholders, coordinating project delivery and service transition.
• Reducing Operational Risk : Enhancing the availability and reliability of directory and identity management systems to mitigate operational risks.
• Leading Service Activities : Ensuring the availability of critical business services through effective capacity planning and business continuity support.
• Optimising Service Operations : Ensuring optimal execution of service operations across IT Identity frameworks.
• Collaborating Across Functions : Working effectively within cross-functional teams to execute IT operations, service, and incident management processes.
• Evaluating System Designs : Assessing and validating system and solution designs to support IT service transition and management processes.
• Developing Relationships : Building and maintaining strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
