Main Responsibilities :

• Full responsibility on the recruitment process
• Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn and job board to attract talent.
• Preparing Contract and Onboarding Documentation
• Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances
