• About the role

We are excited to welcome compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to our team. In this fulfilling role, you will play a vital part in helping our clients preserve their independence, safely navigate their own homes, and actively participate in their communities.

• Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalised 1 : 1 or group support for daily activities.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Foster independence and community involvement through social outings and activities.
