Food Beverage Supervisor

Key Duties include :

• Ensure efficient friendly and professional food & beverage service is provided to all guests.
• Protect and maintain control of food & beverage service equipment correctly recording breakages and carry our regular stock takes.
• Control and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule for the food service areas to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Ensure guest billing is completed accurately following hotel procedure and that correct charges are posted.
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
• Maintain currency of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification amendments and updates and adhere to RSA principles.
• Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s) following set opening closing and daily procedures.
• Follow daily procedures including cashier close ups and accounting responsibilities.
