ResponsibilitiesLead the development, documentation, and implementation of the Mathematics curriculum for Years 7-12, ensuring compliance with VCAA requirements.Foster continuous improvement in pedagogy, assessment practices, and differentiation within the Mathematics curriculum.Support staff in developing strategies for teaching students of mixed abilities.Oversee assessment processes for Mathematics, including Assessment Schedules, examinations, SACs, and reporting periods.Lead collaborative Learning Area meetings to facilitate professional learning and teamwork.Support the professional growth and capacity building of teachers within the Learning Area.Provide constructive feedback to teachers and address performance concerns in collaboration with the Deputy Principal (Staff).Review student performance data in Mathematics to identify areas for improvement and target professional learning accordingly.For a detailed list of responsibilities, please refer to the attached job description.

- Remuneration : As per CEMEA2022
- Time Allowance : 14 x 50-minute lessons per cycle
- Tenure : This is a Maternity Leave Replacement for 2025, with the opportunity for an ongoing full-time teaching position
